White Wine Spritzer (Sangria Style)
A white wine spritzer is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day. Especially when you can’t decide if you want wine, sangria or a spritzer: have all three!
Why should you have to choose between white wine, sangria or a spritzer?

I say you shouldn’t have to, because you can have a white wine spritzer made sangria-style, and drink it too! Just combing a fruity sangria with a little fizz, makes a wonderful summer beverage that barely takes any time at all.

When everyone is having an aperol spritz, limoncello spritz, or Hugo spritz, surprise your guests with this unique cocktail.
Original peach bellini recipe.
You can choose any fruit you like, but what makes this peach and cherry combination nice is that the flavor of the peaches is predominant (that’s a good thing, in my book) and the cherries add a gorgeous pink tint! Win-win!

FULL PRINTABLE RECIPE BELOW
Ingredients
- dry white wine
- peaches
- cherries
- Citroen or lemon flavored vodka
- natural lemon-lime soda
- cherries with a stem
Directions
Cut the peaches into nibble sized pieces, place in a bowl and add the chopped cherries. Pour enough white wine over into the bowl to cover the fruit.
Add the vodka, cover and refrigerate for one to two hours.
In a sangria jug, place the macerated fruit, the remaining white wine, and the lemon lime soda. Stir gently (the cherries will give the white wine spritzer a lovely pink tint).
Pour into glasses and adorn the rim of each glass with a cherry (cut a slit in the bottom of each cherry and push onto the rim of the glass). Enjoy your white wine spritzer with friends or when you just want a refreshing cocktail!
