A nutritious and delicious tuna based salad.
1 cup cannellini beans (cooked) ¾ cup canned tuna (preferably an Italian or Spanish brand) ¼ cup garbanzo beans (cooked) ⅓ cup red pepper (sweet, diced) 2 Tbsp carrot (diced) 5 black olives (sliced) 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⅛ tsp salt (to taste) wine vinegar (to taste)
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and toss together. Taste, and add more oil, salt and/or vinegar if needed.
Spoon into serving bowl and serve with crusty bread, or as a side dish.
Feel free to add and omit similar ingredients to make the recipe your very own.
