A spicy, cheesy, bacon appetizer that's perfect for parties.
12 medium sized jalapeños 4 oz cream cheese 12 strips bacon (nitrate free)
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Wash jalapeños then remove stem, slice in half and remove seeds.
Fill with cream cheese.
Wrap with slices of bacon, and place on rack on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
Use the best quality cream cheese and bacon for the best tasting results.
