Eggnog Martini Recipe (Vanilla or Chocolate)

A super easy eggnog martini recipe that's made in a blender.

Ingredients

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or chocolate
  • 2 oz eggnog liqueur see notes for using eggnog

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into the blender and pulse until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a martini glass (preferably rimmed with eggnog liqueur and then dipped into fine speculoos crumbs).
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Multiply the recipe and make a batch at a time.
  • If you only have eggnog, and not eggnog liqueur just substitute the eggnog and add some rum or vodka - easy peasy!
