A quick and easy, no cook appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz bresaola approx 12 slices
  • 1 cup arugula or handful
  • 2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP, shaved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin, to drizzle

Instructions

  • Place a few arugula leaves in the center of a slice of bresaola, top with some shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, DOP.
  • Roll up, arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve.

Notes

  • You can use other ingredients, but the ones listed are highly recommended for best flavor.
