A quick and easy, no cook appetizer.
4 oz bresaola approx 12 slices 1 cup arugula or handful 2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP, shaved 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin, to drizzle
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place a few arugula leaves in the center of a slice of bresaola, top with some shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, DOP.
Roll up, arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve.
You can use other ingredients, but the ones listed are highly recommended for best flavor.
