A two ingredient goat cheese dip that's fabulous for any occasion.

Equipment

  • 1 fondue pot
  • 1 ramekin

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • cup goat cheese

Instructions

  • Place the goat cheese and cream into a small pot over medium-low heat. Using a small whisk, stir constantly. It will only take a few minutes until a smooth consistency is reached.
  • Pour into fondue pot or ramekin. Remember that this is very rich, so a little goes a long way.

Notes

Serve with chunks of lightly toasted bread and sliced green apples.
