Garlic Edamame

A super delicious and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 5 cloves garlic fresh, finely minced
  • 14 oz edamame fresh, ready to eat
  • sea salt as desired
  • 1 wedge lemon to squeeze over the top

Instructions

  • Saute the minced garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil for a minute or two, then add the edamame and sea salt.
  • Mix well, then transfer to the oven for a few minutes until hot.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice; serve warm.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
