Ingredients

olive oil
extra virgin

cloves
garlic
fresh, finely minced

edamame
fresh, ready to eat
sea salt
as desired

wedge
lemon
to squeeze over the top

Instructions
Saute the minced garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil for a minute or two, then add the edamame and sea salt.
Mix well, then transfer to the oven for a few minutes until hot.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice; serve warm.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
