A super easy smoothie that has only one ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 2 pears (ripe)
  • ice cubes (a few)

Instructions

  • Place cored and destemmed pears in a blender.
  • Blend with some ice, for a smoother result.

Notes

Peel the pears if they are not organic, or if you don't like the skin (you won't taste it if it's blended).
