Scrape the passion fruit pulp into the glasses (or add the strained pulp or purée).
Add the ice to the fruit in the glass, and pour in the simple syrup.
The vodka goes in next.
And finally, pour in the Prosecco.
Stir, and if you have fresh fruit, float a slice of passion fruit on the top of each beverage for garnish.
Notes
Special equipment: two 12 or 14 ounce wine glasses (make sure your tulip shaped glasses have enough space to accommodate the round ice ball, if using.)
