Cured meat cups for easy entertaining.

Equipment

  • 5 cones, glasses or cups

Ingredients

  • 5 slices prosciutto or jamon Prosciutto di Parma DOP or Jamon Iberico, if possible
  • 10 slices Italian salami or other similar cured meat
  • 10 slices dry cured Italian sausage, or chorizo
  • 10 slices dry cheese Pecorino, Parmigiano, Manchego, etc.
  • 20 olives your choice of olives, optional
  • 5 red pepper pickles optional
  • 5 Italian breadsticks or Spanish

Instructions

  • Begin by adding olives to the bottom of the cup if needed to supposrt the other ingredients.
  • Add the folded salami at the back of the cup.
  • Add the breadstick with prosciutto.
  • Put the pieces of cured sausage in the cup.
  • Next add the cheese.
  • Fill the front with olives, if using.
  • Add the pickle on a stick, if using.
  • Serve with a sparkling wine with Prosecco, champagne or a spritz.
