Cured meat cups for easy entertaining.
5 slices prosciutto or jamon Prosciutto di Parma DOP or Jamon Iberico, if possible 10 slices Italian salami or other similar cured meat 10 slices dry cured Italian sausage, or chorizo 10 slices dry cheese Pecorino, Parmigiano, Manchego, etc. 20 olives your choice of olives, optional 5 red pepper pickles optional 5 Italian breadsticks or Spanish
Begin by adding olives to the bottom of the cup if needed to supposrt the other ingredients.
Add the folded salami at the back of the cup.
Add the breadstick with prosciutto.
Put the pieces of cured sausage in the cup.
Next add the cheese.
Fill the front with olives, if using.
Add the pickle on a stick, if using.
Serve with a sparkling wine with Prosecco, champagne or a spritz.
