Firm gelatin cubes made with blackcurrent concentrate are delicious and very nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (boiling)
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (up to 5, depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 2 Tbsp black currant syrup concentrate

Instructions

  • Dissolve the gelatin and sugar in the boiling water then add the black currant syrup. Taste for sweetness.
  • Refrigerate the gelatin until set. Run a knife around the edges then cut into cubes.

Notes

  • These are great for skin, hair and nails.
