September 12th, 2015 | 4 Comments

A week in Italy and back to the UK is where I’m at in my 5 week long culinary tour of Europe!

rome, italyHello again! I’m back in England after having spent a glorious week in Italy!

I met my cousin Denisa (yes, I named my daughter after her) and we were really lucky with the weather and never had a bad meal anywhere (despite what you may think, you actually can end up getting a bad meal in Italy nowadays).

I had the past couple of days in East Sussex, and again, the weather was brilliant, especially for England!

BexhillDon’t tell my mother, but my niece and I had cake and tea for lunch yesterday!

    I’m guessing Scotland… ?

And I’m also guessing that the first photo was taken in Rome?

Meet Christina

A Scottish Italian cook living in Los Angeles, Christina is usually cooking, baking or (cr)eating something scrumptious. When she isn't in the kitchen, she loves to travel, near and far, as long as good food is involved. Christina is on a mission to save authentic Italian dishes from extinction, and is constantly promoting Scottish (and British) food as some of the best cuisine the world has to offer—one steak pie and sticky toffee pudding at a time.
