Spicy Cole Slaw
Serves: 4 to 6
  • half a cabbage, shredded
  • 3 carrots, shredded or julienned
  • 2 tbsp real mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard (mild)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (I used Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 2 tsp McIlhenny's Green Pepper Tabasco (if you can't find this, try a couple squirts of the original)
  • celery seed, couple of shakes
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper (optional)
  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving (if you can wait that long).
